Getting Started

No. Orbiant structures the review — surfacing Priority Issues, showing why they surfaced, and recording decisions, owners and review dates. Your accountant or advisor still applies judgement and makes the final call. Orbiant gives that decision a consistent, defensible starting point.

Getting Started

Not for the decisions that matter. Rule results, severity, priority and Connected Risks all come from defined rules and thresholds. Where AI-generated summaries are introduced, they'll be clearly labelled, validated against Orbiant's structured outputs and subject to human review. AI doesn't invent figures or make the final business decision.

Getting Started

Yes. Direct Business Leader customers get their own complete workspace — connect supported information, review threshold-based Priority Issues, and record decisions, owners and review dates between accountant, advisor, board or management reviews.

Getting Started

Orbiant starts with Xero and a defined rule set suited to small and mid-sized businesses. The architecture is built for expansion across integrations and jurisdictions over time.

Getting Started

Reports show what happened and dashboards show what changed. Orbiant answers the questions that stay open: what needs attention first, who owns the response, when it's reviewed again, and what was decided last time.

How It Works

Each result carries a severity based on the relevant rule and threshold. Severity, priority and the explanation behind each Priority Issue are always visible — there are no unexplained scores.

How It Works

Priority Issues are the items that need attention, surfaced when a rule's threshold is met. Each one links to the relevant result, threshold, severity and explanation so you know what changed and why it needs review.

How It Works

Connected Risks are predefined combinations that matter more when they happen together — for example liquidity pressure alongside payroll pressure. The relationships are predefined and visible; they don't change the underlying severity or make the final call.

How It Works

You can accept, assign or defer a Priority Issue with the reason recorded, add an owner and review date, and keep a timestamped history of evaluations, decisions and follow-up.

Data & Integrations

Orbiant connects through secure authorisation per entity. Once connected, the relevant financial information is imported automatically and evaluated against the rule set — no manual export or spreadsheet handling required.

Data & Integrations

Orbiant runs a daily sync (included on every tier) so Priority Issues and rule results reflect the latest available data. You can also see what changed and what newly surfaced after each sync.

Data & Integrations

Supported financial information from Xero, plus short statutory, governance and operating-context inputs you complete. Together these feed the rules that surface Priority Issues across financial, statutory, safety, commercial and governance areas.

Data & Integrations

Orbiant starts with Xero and 18 core rules. The roadmap includes CRM, support, operations and workforce data. Each integration compounds the cross-domain intelligence, and early access partners get new integrations first.

For Advisors

If your advisory firm manages your business in their workspace, they can invite you into a controlled view — the Priority Issues, commentary and evidence requests they've chosen to share. Internal thresholds and firm-only information stay restricted.

For Advisors

Thresholds are managed at the firm level so standards stay consistent across a portfolio. Advisors can manage firm-level thresholds; the underlying rules and severity remain defined and visible.

For Advisors

Firms joining during early access receive founding pricing locked in for the first 12 months. As Orbiant expands its rule set and integrations, the price will increase — early access partners keep their founding rate.

For Advisors

Portfolio triage gives advisors a single view of which clients need attention across all entities, so effort goes where it matters most instead of reviewing every client the same way.

For Advisors

Yes. Orbiant helps firms deliver proactive advisory more consistently — with portfolio triage, structured reviews, firm-level thresholds and a controlled client portal.

Bigger Picture

It's software that turns raw business data into structured, prioritised decisions — surfacing what needs attention, explaining why, and recording what was decided, who owns it and when it's reviewed again.

Bigger Picture

A dashboard visualises data. Orbiant evaluates it against defined rules, surfaces Priority Issues with their reasoning, and captures the decision, owner and review date — so the review is structured, visible, repeatable and defensible.

Bigger Picture

No. Orbiant evaluates conditions across financial, statutory, safety, commercial and governance areas and surfaces Priority Issues. It complements forecasting by focusing on what needs attention and what happens next.

Bigger Picture

Orbiant surfaces issues across cash, receivables, margin, payroll, statutory, safety, commercial and governance areas — plus Connected Risks that matter more when they happen together.

Bigger Picture

No. Orbiant is built for founders and operators managing their own business directly, as well as for advisory firms. It structures the review so you don't need a full finance function to stay across what matters.

Bigger Picture

Every decision links to the reason, owner and review date, with a timestamped history of evaluations, decisions and follow-up — keeping the reasoning behind decisions even when responsibilities or people change.

Bigger Picture

Orbiant is priced per entity — the businesses or clients you're actively reviewing. There's no per-seat complexity and no hidden setup fees, and all tiers include the full feature set. See the pricing page for current tiers.
